Copacabana, I'm back !

   The departure is getting closer every second. It is time for the last thing on the preparation list as well as the ultimate linguistic test: looking for a room to rent !

   I am lucky enough to have a great friend in Rio who helped me out quite a lot on that search, and made it much more easy than I thought it would be. And here I am, going through all the rent offers on facebook and airbnb. After asking some further informations to about three offers, one seems to be fitting. So after having tested my written Portuguese, it is time for me to start speaking. The skype session with Nayara and Paula, my two future roommates, is settled for the next day, midnight (7pm in Rio). I have to say I'm quite proud to have managed to skype mostly in Portuguese, switching to English only for the very important matters !

   And so I will move to my new room on September 5th, right in the middle of Copacabana, 10 minutes by bike away from my school, and just a few minutes walking distance to the famous beach, with two Cariocas roomies !

   Only thing left is to fill up the backpack, although filling it up isn't that hard, problem is to not leave anything out! And in exactly 24 hours I will be leaving the French soil to cross the Atlantic.

Two years later, Copacabana I'm back !
